John Lars Zwerenz (1969 - ) American poet, journalist, novelist and musician. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to navigation Jump to search John Lars Zwerenz is an American poet, journalist, novelist and musician. Early Life: Zwerenz was born in 1969 to an aristocratic, Anglo-Saxon family in Long Island, New York. Zwerenz' father, Jack Zwerenz, was an active supporter of local and Statewide right wing politicians from the 1980's until his death in 2019. Zwerenz took to writing poetry in high-school and after graduating from New York's Queens College in 1992, he spent a brief period at conservative employment but was an ultimate failure. He worked for The Economist Magazine after attending graduate school but was fired due to alcoholism and a lack of attendance. After much extensive traveling across The United States, Zwerenz then went abroad and lived in London, England and Paris, France in order to write more poetry.
